Everyone loves pizza. The crispy dough, the flavorful toppings and the creaminess of the cheese is so mouth-watering, that no one will refuse to eat this. In different countries pizza serves as a treat, snack or sometimes it is served for dinner time. This pizza is loved by anyone, from children to elderly. Some occasions served pizza for visitors.

Pizza is made from round, flat, thin dough topped with tomato sauce, cheese, meat and other vegetables. Pizza is an oven baked. Who wants to be happy? Do you want a wonderful feeling that only one can give you? If you ate just a piece of cake, your world is starting to become great.

Cake is the number one important thing in every occasion such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, baby showers, parties and retirement celebrations.

Every birthday, Cake is present. Without cake in a birthday party it’s not totally a party, because something is missing.   Children who are having their parties’ wishes to have the best birthday cake they could ever have. Honestly, for me cake can make every single child have their big smile.

We all know that cakes should be eaten in moderation. Its ingredients are sugar for the sweetening part, flour, fruits for filling, butter for its creamy taste, eggs for binder, liquid for mixing, leavening for the dough, icing of frosting for final touch. With these ingredients we already have an idea what nutritional benefits we can get from eating cake.

Bad Effects of Cake:
  •  We all know that cakes are bad.  With its ingredients such as sugar that gives calories and fats.    They are known to be sinful. They are sinful because they tempt people to eat them.
  •   Cakes contains carbohydrates  that can cause weight gain
  •   Poor blood circulation control
  •   Brain Fog- falling out sugar levels

The joy that brought by cakes to us is a great power that can changes everyone’s belief and source of happiness.

Who hate French fries? Who are the enemies of French fries? We all know that French fries have different bad effects for our body. We all know that this potato snack is one of the unhealthiest foods we could buy in fast food chains. People who are conscious about their diet hate French fries.
                  
French Fries are loved by young children to elderly. They don’t have hesitations in eating French fries. It is popular in fast food chain, bistros, cafes and mid-restaurants that we can buy or order in less than a minute.
  
No can refuse to eat French fries. We all know that it really taste good and delicious with salt and a dip of ketchup and mayonnaise. Crohns Disease


Inflammatory bowel disease or IBD is a group of inflammatory conditions of the colon and small intestines. Its major types are the Crohns disease and Ulcerative colitis. It is an ongoing inflammation in one’s digestive tract.

Crohns disease is also known as regional enteritis, it affect the gastrointestinal tract from the mouth to the anus. Crohns disease is caused interactions between environmental, immunological and bacterial factors.  This causes for some chronic inflammatory problems, it results the immune system to attack our gastrointestinal tract.

Patient can feel pain and the condition that the intestines is empty frequently that results to diarrhea.
Crohns disease affects women and men in the age between 13 years old-30 years old. Smokers’ women or men have the chance to have Crohns disease than the non smokers.  Jewish people have a high risk of having the disease. In Africa they are the least risk to have Crohns disease.

Crohns disease is very difficult to detect. Other symptoms occur with other gastrointestinal disorders. Having test to detect Crohns takes a lot of questioning because it’s important for the diagnosis of the disease. Your health care provider is going to conduct some interviews, about your symptoms, medical problems you had in the past, if you undergo some surgeries too, medications you’re taking and some family history, your lifestyle and your habits.

 It gives symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea (which may be bloody if its inflammation is at its worst), vomiting can be continuous, weight loss and there are some symptoms outside the gastrointestinal tract like the skin rashes, arthritis, eye inflammation, tiredness and lack of concentration. Its symptoms are same with IBS or Irritable Bowel Movements. Fever, weight loss, bloating, anal pain, skin lesions and joint pain are some basic signs of this disease.

Crohns disease also affects the other organs of the body. It affects the skin, blood and the intestines. Crohns disease can cause neurological complications such as headache, seizure, stroke, and depressions. Crohns patients also can have small bowel bacterial overgrowth syndrome.

Crohns disease can cause bowel problems.  Crohns disease can be a problem for pregnant mothers because there are medications by the medical doctors that can cause adverse for the fetus or the mother. Inflammation may make scar tissue that builds up inside the intestine to make stricture. A stricture is a narrowed passageway for the food that slowing the movement through the intestine that cause pain and cramps.

Treating Crohns disease is always start with medication. The truth is that there is “NO CURE” for this disease.  Other therapy and with one or more medications can treat the early stage of Crohns disease.  

There are also medications to relieve pain and symptoms. These are the common drugs prescribed by doctors are corticosteroids, like methyl prednisone, prednisone and other anti- inflammatory medicines.

In the late diagnosed of having Crohns disease, surgery is recommended. Surgery is necessary when complications occur. Complications such as blockage of the bowel, significant bleeding and perforation of the intestines needed surgery. Not all Crohns disease patients are recommended to undergo surgery. This decision is needed to be consulted to their attending physicians.

They are also need medical attentions. Every country with their provinces, industrialized or not. There should be medical clinics near to every region for them to give residents medical care. For their vaccines for babies, to have monthly check ups.

Every people, individual or citizens have the right to have medical assistant. Barrios in every country have problems for that issue. There should a lot funds for building medical clinics.

There are healthcares organizations in every place in the world. They are one who helps to build medical clinics for the use of the every individual. Medical clinics should have medical doctors, medicines and complete equipments to be used for every emergency.

Healthcare providers are helping unfortunate people to have a good health and to be healthy. We should be knowledgeable about what’s happening in our medical needs. Many people are suffering because of having diseases, mothers are giving birth to their child just in their houses, others die in infections and all of that is happening because of not focusing in the medical needs of their people.

In every medical clinic in barrios there are also wonderful volunteers that are willing to help.
A lot of people in a community have a good heart. They are the one who is voluntarily joining some community services and rescues. People are volunteering to fight fire, to be firefighters. Also people are volunteering for some community services like medical missions, feeding programs, teaching street children and rescuing abuse animals.

Volunteers in healthcares are people who love to help people to have a good health. They are the one who knows the true meaning of helping. They can make other people happy in just helping them. They are doing it even without salaries. It is from their heart.

Medical missions are all important because it is the only chance for the people in the barrios to have their medical needs. Medical missions are so helpful for the people who are sick. Medical missions can reach people in different places who are not capable in going to hospitals. People in the barrios are also taught with different healthy tips. For mothers they are taught how to take good care of their children.

Volunteers are gifted to have a golden heart. They are willing to sacrifice their own lives to save others life.  Everyone is capable to help, it just differ from ways how we reach people that we want to help.

Bad Effects of Using Cell Phones Use it with Limit and Not a Habit



                                               

Using of cell phones is both useful and harmful for us. It is useful for easy contacting other family members, friends and for employees. It is harmful for us because it causes health problems.

Teenagers nowadays or even the young age, having cell phones with them is commonly accepted by their parents. There are health risks, bad effects and negative effects of using cell phone. Excessive use of cell phone is harmful.

In using of cell phones here are some health risks.
It’s bad for our health. Cell phones are receiving and transmitting radiofrequency like a radiation of using microwaves. Cell phone usage for male can cause infertility, Alzheimer’s disease and other health complications.

Cell phones are receiving radiation that can affect our memory. According to some researchers, radiation caused to leak in our brain tissues. Cell phone waves can affect our hearts, internal organs and also the reproductive system of an individual. The risk of having brain tumor is higher. Having tumor on the same side of the head where we usually held the phone when someone is calling. Studies show that cell phone waves can also damage our DNA. The use of cell phone for more than 10 years has the risk to have Glioma. Some nations are allergic to nickel. Nickel can be found to some mobile phones. Rash breakout comes when someone’s skin is contacted to the phone.

Using too much of cell phones can also affect our sleeping habits. Using of phones before going to bed can cause disturbances and insomnia and lack of deep sleep. It also causes lack of concentration, headache and fatigue. It increases blood pressure.
Addiction in using cell phones for teenagers, like using it for texting, calling and gaming can affect their academics.

Cell phones are also distracting for churches, offices and schools. Bringing of cell phone in schools is banned by some school regulations. If faculty members caught you of bringing phones are automatically confiscated and will be given back after the school year.

Cell phones are also an environmental unfriendly because disposing of phones is not that easy. Phones contains hazardous chemical that can damage our environment if not disposed properly.

Other abnormalities that can cause by using of cell phones are irritability, abruptness and lack of patience.
Cell phones are also expensive and costly. Buying of the latest brand new phones is expensive and it’s not yet the end. Prepaid loads and some maintenance are also present.

People using of phones at least 1 hour a day can cause you to have mouth cancer.
People using of cell phones for calls 60 minutes every day can caused hearing loss.
Having a new phone and being attached to them because of entertainment you get can limit family bonding and conversations.

Children using phones should have limitations, because they have thinner skull and undeveloped nerves.

Road accident topped many countries and some of these accidents are caused by using of cell phones while driving.

Use cell phones in the right way and with limitations.
